Most people think $STRC and $SATA are competing products.

Was on @DailyStackHQ with @PunterJeff this morning, and he broke down why they actually complement each other perfectly.

Yes, both are ROC perpetual preferreds issued by btc treasury companies, but the payment dates don’t overlap:
STRC hits on the 1st, SATA hits on the 15th.

STRC = 11.50%
SATA = 12.50%

$250k split between them:
~$1,197 from $STRC on the 1st
~$1,382 from $SATA on the 15th

Twice a month, return of capital treatment.

Fixed income managers are going to have a hard time explaining to their clients why they’re still buying corporate bonds when these yields exist 🤑

@ScrewiexD @saylor Exactly. They want to improve the credit worthiness of the company, dispel the belief that the dividends aren't secured and continue to stack BTC at the same time without diluting the equity more.

@saylor A $USD reserve. This should silence the doubt that they will be able to pay the dividends. 1.4 billion to start and will be added on to moving forward. They raised that in 2 days! Wow. Oh and $STRC is now paying 10.75% annually.
