@ADHDMemess@mckinleaf I tend to form habits in about two months of hard work but even when they've been formed I lose them easily. @ThePhDPlace Anywaysies, is there by chance a person in the comments who'd want a study partner? We could cry over zoom and write together. Hit me up if interested
@ThePhDPlace I'm trying but it's haaard (autocorrect tried to change hard to harassed which is also how I feel almost every time I get feedback on my writing lol)
@ADHDForReal Mostly unrelated but is it possible to get sensory overload from smells? I have this weird thing where sometimes I can just smell a very specific thing out of the blue even if others can't and sometimes it drives me nuts and might give me headaches 🫠 And idk why
@EM_RESUS It can cause external ear inflammation though if you're not careful and don't put a hat on. Got it four times, 100% don't recommend😩
*disclaimer: everyone's bodies are different but if you have weak ears dry ur hair properly pls
