UPDATE: This building was demolised despite the surrounding people run and shouted it loud due to the building being unsafe for occupancy as it was impacted by the earthquake in Mandalay city, Myanmar.

Several people with direct knowledge of the building have confirmed to Chindwin and has updated it.
