@TierZoo Hog unfortunately sorta just needs a rework. He's either "the tank that 1 shots you with very little counterplay" or "the 700hp ult battery throw pick" because his 1shot is his entire identity. It's not healthy for him to either be basically unusable or deeply unfun, no inbetween
