To this day, I don't know what else to call that moment except divine timing.

God made provision before eviction.

When he was done, I calmly replied, "Interestingly, I was actually calling to let you know that I have already gotten a new place and will be moving out in a few days."

Before I could even tell him, he said he had been meaning to call me. He went on to say that he wanted to issue me a quit notice and that I needed to vacate the property.

I patiently listened and allowed him to finish speaking.

Then, the very day I secured a new place and was preparing to move within a few days, I decided to call my landlord to inform him that I would be moving out.

I remember when I was about to move out of my apartment. My rent had expired a month earlier, yet my landlord never said a word about it.
