The Mac infrastructure is built: local sign-in, database, API foundation, permissions, private-file handling and background jobs. Backup/restore were rehearsed. End-to-end product design is specified, including workflows, data model, API plan, financial scenarios, reservation rules and assistant safeguards. UI and CRM workflows next up!

After a day of conceptualising and early research, this is the first roadmap for my CRM
I'm calling it ChronoHQ, which will combine elements from CRMs I've used in the past as well as a market intelligence function. I'm dubbing that agent Chronoseeker
Still in the research stages, and will be trialling some existing systems and trying out existing Saas and apps

@paulvilloff Using kanban flows at the moment, and making sure the endpoint is clear and unambiguous so the agent doesnt drift or make something up
If they make a mistake, then I go to left jab, right uppercut protocolsπ π₯
Projects I'm working on before 2026 closes:
> email agent with its own account/inbox to manage
> finish my TTS app inspired by OpenFlow (and the OG π)
> build a personal watch trading CRM as I start to buy/sell watches (2 sold already btw), for my watch business
Have been back on @X for <24 hours, and I'm just digesting where we are in the AI space and just how much potential there is across all industries
seeing so many builders/founders navigating the same challenges is genuinely inspiring
