Why did Instacart do this? Previously, when they obtained my number, I started receiving calls from scammers. Now, Instacart staff are providing scammers with the number. Has it gotten this out of control?

Instacart live support staff gave scammers' number as customer service number.

When I opened the app, it showed a promotion, but there was no button, link, etc. explaining how to use the promotion. So I wrote to live support.
