Why is it so hard to get Company information updated with @WellsFargo ? I should be able to speak with my rep, give them the updated information, and they handle it within all the branches of the bank. Its stupid how many requests I have to put in with the bank to get it accurate

I cannot tell you how terrible @amazon online chat customer service is. I just spent an hour, and chatted with 4 different associates just to find out an Amazon gift card balance without redeeming it. Something you cannot do on the website for some unknown and odd reason.

@LandRover They said no internal investigations give updates which is complete BS! So I sit here wondering what came of it and if I will even get my money back. Terrible customer service!

I am completely frustrated with @LandRover. I submitted a complaint because I believe my local dealership broke something on my vehicle when they just did a repair. I had to pay over $800 for something that wasn't broken before they had it. They said it wasn't them. Heard nothing

@SouthwestAir what is going on! My daughter's flight at 1:05 was changed so many times this morning, then finally delayed until 2:47pm. They started boarding. Cargo loader breaks, delayed another 45mins. Repair doesn't bring proper tools, delayed again!
