@MidnightBoshi Rise was a bit better at focusing it, just telling me to grind HR or go to the DLC (I went to the DLC) world (which was my first MH) went from one mission at a time to 5 different quest markers all yelling at me and I didn't know which one I was supposed to do.

@MidnightBoshi I just hope wilds can handle it a bit better than those two. From my experience as a latecomer to the franchise, finishing the story in both games was really overwhelming as the game went from linear progression to 5 different quests being shoved in my face. Especially world.

@Mataharitas @TearShapedHeart The nachmund gauntlet crusade rules do something similar actually! You deploy only some of your army, with the rest coming in two reinforcement waves, but you can bring a third wave and pick which two you'll be deploying.

@moonstruckrev I'm not saying all feedback is bad and should be ignored, but they have to keep in mind EA players had a limited perspective. We didn't know we'd be getting Jaheira as a druid companion who would overshadow Halsin. Him being a companion makes less sense when she's there.
