@tweethue Having issues connecting my Hue Bridge V2 to the Philips Hue app. It used to work but the app can't find the bridge anymore. My Hue account still shows the bridge is online. I've already tried factory reset and rebooting my router and phone. Any advice?

@dnm1031 They got back to me via email after several attempts. Waited so long for them to ship the item again that I began to think it wasn't being sent. Then suddenly it arrives without a shipping notification. After all that, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. >:(
