@yearofthepoets Fantastic advice. A while back I wrote my past self a long letter praising her fortitude and giving her permission to rest. I think of the person I am today as someone who can protect that past self that moved so bravely and with love, until she's needed again.

It’s a waning week. Waning energy means to let go, gradually fade something out.
