This makes 100% sense to me. OK, so you should probably be more specific wrt the comparison machines etc but still, new hardware requested sincerely and used extensively almost always bumps productivity. Not to speak of morale and innovation.
As opposed to a fixed mindset, a growth mindset is the first step towards learning new things and becoming a better and improved version of your current self. Change is always possible, however - we need to be open to the possibility of our own future growth.

Some news and updates! Its been a week since we launched Speaking Clearly, and I think we learned more than the students. Congratulations to everybody that worked hard to get everything to this point, especially the students that engaged with the materials and the community.
Traditional wisdom states that only artists are creative. However anyone that contributes to make, develop, design, produce, manufacture, form or shape any project, product or service, is in essence partaking in the creative effort. Here’s how to be a master creative.

Tomorrow we are launching cohort 1.0 of Speaking Clearly and I couldn't be more excited. Although the beginnings are small, it represents a larger movement in lifelong learning and purposeful career-building that we're proud to be part of.
