Seguí los tips de So Cocina para preparar el clásico postre argentino.

Ingredientes
500 g de pan.
500 cc de leche tibia.
100 cc de crema de leche.
150 g de azúcar.
3 huevos.
Esencia de vainilla.
--Para el caramelo
150 g de azúcar.

FÁCIL, RÁPIDO Y RIQUÍSIMO
Querés una opción sin rebozado y que puedas usar los filets directo del freezer sin descongelarlos?
En una olla pone a rehogar cebolla+morrón+ajo picados, con cubrir el fondo esta bien, una vez que transparentan, le agregas el pescado (puede ser el que te guste) con un pocp de pimenton, aji molido, sal y pimienta y unos tomates en cubos + medio vaso de agua (para que no se pegue nada x las dudas) en 15 minutos lo vas a tener listo! No importa que se rompa el filet! Al contrario, queda genial!!
Idea para comer algo mas liviano, sumar pescado al dia a dia y acompañar con lo que mas te guste.
Metele RT, GUARDA LA RECETA con el iconito de guardar (estoy probando algo) y a disfrutar!
