@RogersHelps We’ve called from 10 different lines - same problem. Technical help advised they can’t do anything without talking to the person with the phone - which we can’t contact 🤦‍♀️. Guess we will call back TELUS and move the lines - because this is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

@RogersHelps No when you dial the phone it says it’s not assigned. That isn’t a phone problem - it should go to their VM

We’ve had this number for years but with Rogers since 2015. We get calls daily from TELUS to switch. What happens if there is an emergency and they have no service? Serious situation and support keeps insisting the have to talk to the person with the phone. @CRTCeng

@greta I had this happen years ago when I was getting a stove delivery. I had gotten my dog a new bed….foam bed….and I was getting home from work as the delivery pulled up and walked into this. Sigh…so embarrassing and funny at the same time. Gotta love pets!
