MY SCAM MAN, or HOW I FELL FOR MY SCAMMER BUT NOT THE SCAM: memoir that uses transcripts to tell the true story of my encounter with an online romance scammer.
Unsolicited opinion from a black man: everything that's wrong with race in America is three white men starting a conversation "about race" and having it immediately degenerate into an argument about "law and order."
America is coming together, not apart. Moms and vets are standing with BLM leaders. Sports figures are kneeling to honor Kaepernick’s plea for racial justice. Old and young voters alike are rejecting Trump. America, I believe in you. #TogetherWeRise
What would happen if all the “40 under 40” or “30 under 30” lists excluded people whose parents paid for their college, paid the down payment on their first place, or paid the bills while they worked unpaid or low-wage internships?
1/ Black Lives Matter. No debate. My husband and I continue to listen, learn, and find ways to support our black friends and colleagues. One of the anti-racist actions we are taking is developing ourselves for our kids.
I'm so excited! I finished a major revision of the manuscript, and sent it off for review by an involuntary participant in the adventure. Let's hope it's approved! #keepwriting

“Yet another tragic, yet mildy amusing, accident sir?”
