High entropy passphrases saved a lot of people during sudden crises. Multisig is great for theft protection and device compromise.

If your signing device is compromised, they could still get your private key even with a passphrase. But in emergencies, a memorized passphrase is often much faster. I've been saying this for years, and it even saved my friends and family. JUST DON'T SKIP THE BACKUP! Store the seed and passphrase in separate locations!

The real superpower is keeping that key extension in your head so you can move funds quickly when it matters.
