I wanted to shift my mother aged 80 years from PF6 TO PF4 at SBC. I called no 8808806906 for EV on platform. The person refused to come saying ev are not allowed on PF 4.
WHILE OTHER PASSENGERS ARE FERRIED BY THE same EV
I request severe action against operator @RailMinIndia
