@nicholasholland Are you trying to download it i outside Ireland, USA or Canada (the app is limited to those 3 regions)?

@nicholasholland If you're using v4.04 it won't work because the app only supports 4.1 and above for Androids. Did you upgrade the version?

@nicholasholland We support Android 4.1 & up. If you have a compatible handset, try upgrading the OS and you should be able to download S+
