肩の新しい仕組みはウェイト作業を残し構造が完成しました。
次回動画をアップする時に説明が長くなるので、こちらのポストに概要を書き引用します。

とりたい挙動と実際組み込んだもの

①腕の上方回旋、下方回旋とともに上腕ボーンのヘッド自体が移動。
これは実際の人間が取る挙動(肩甲上腕リズム)300度近い可動域の33%を肩甲骨がサポートする。

②上記の肩甲上腕リズムが動作する上腕と肩を結ぶ擬似IK。
これはUnityの動作に頼らず、手首のトラッキングに合わせ上腕のIKが働き、ともに肩が33%確実に動作するもの。
万歳したトラッキングで手首が正面なら、脇も45度正面を向く。

③MMDの肩キャンセルと同等のボーン。
親のループを回避するために、上腕の回転を相殺するコンストレイント。
肩単体を揉みほぐすような動作が可能。

④チェストベースのメッシュを真っすぐ上に持ち上げるボーン。
僧帽筋のV字折れを防ぎつつ、僧帽筋のボリュームを出す。
大胸筋に引っ張られる胸の脂肪の演出も同時に行うボーン。

⑤ロケーションコンストレイントを、対象のボーンのテール位置にピン留めするボーン。
Unityではテールの概念が無いので、エンプティの役割を果たすボーン。

⑥エイムコンストレイントの廃止。
Unityのルックアットコンストレイントは調整が難しいので、ロケーションに置き換え。

これら全てを取り入れてるけど、複数の仕事をひとつずつのボーンに任せてるので、実際には両肩6ボーンで管理してます。
