I really liked the cure!!! I think I can see it as a closer of the album but I’m sure she closed with something crazy good. I know it’s not a rock single and the chorus isn’t as catchy as others but it was a really good aid to tell the story she’s trying to tell for the album

In my opinion, Alamo’s backstory was the best backstory in Euphoria so far in terms of pure quality. When you’re watching it, you almost forget you’re even watching Euphoria because of how immersive and cinematic it feels.
I also loved how much attention Sam put into getting the time period accurate. The styling, atmosphere, environments, music, and overall presentation genuinely felt authentic to that era. It really captured the feeling of that family dynamic and environment in a way that felt believable and detailed rather than exaggerated or artificial.
The only issue for me is that the backstory itself felt a little randomly placed within the episode. It was cool to watch and extremely well made, but it also felt somewhat disconnected from the pacing of everything else happening around it.
But what I’m starting to realize is that Sam probably has an insane amount of footage and material filmed. It honestly feels less like he only has “8 episodes” worth of content and more like he has dozens of hours of scenes, ideas, and storylines, and he’s just selecting different pieces he thinks the audience will find emotionally interesting or cinematic enough to include.
i actually hate nate's storyline this season of euphoria..like every scene its just him being a bum and running away from getting his ass beat like bro season 1-2 was so complex wtf is this
