From 11:00–14:48 UTC, we saw elevated declines for transactions, including 3DS, on Mastercard-issued cards, as a result of an outage affecting the card network. This issue is now resolved.

We're currently investigating elevated error rates and response times with Mastercard payments due to a card network issue. We believe this outage is outside of Stripe's infrastructure. We’re monitoring for updates and will post further information here as we receive it.

FYI to our customers, myTurn does not bank with @SVB_Financial so our operations are not impacted by the bank’s failure. We’re tracking to make sure our critical partners are also unaffected and will report if there are any issues.
