PAKISTAN AIRFORCE STRIKES PAKISTANI TALIBAN INSIDE AFGHANISTAN.

According to reports received from Afghanistan, there have been ariel strikes in two different areas situated in the Khost and Paktika provinces on the shared border with Pakistan's North and South Waziristan tribal districts, respectively. A senior source while talking to the Khorasan Diary said that the strike targeted two separate locations, namely Laman in Pakitka province and Pasa Mella in Khost province. “Commander Abdullah Shah’s house has been targeted in one strike Laman, Paktika province”, he said

Commander Abdullah Shah who went by the name of Tobagar is a resident of Shaktoi in South Waziristan Upper. The TTP sources also confirmed strikes while adding that the house of the TTP commander was reduced to rubble.

Meanwhile 7 militants involved in an attack that resulted in the death of 7 Pakistan military officials including two officers, were killed in an overnight intelligence based operation.

“In early hours of 16 March 2024, a group of six terrorists attacked a security forces' post in general area Mir Ali of North Waziristan District.

As own troops foiled the initial attempt of intrusion, the terrorists rammed an explosive laden vehicle into the post, followed by multiple suicide bombing attacks, which led to collapse of portion of a building, resulting into Shahadat of five brave sons of the soil. The Shuhada include Havildar Sabir (resident of District Khyber), Naik Khurshid (resident of District Lakki Marwat), Sepoy Nasir (resident of District Peshawar), Sepoy Raja (resident of District Kohat) and Sepoy Sajjad (resident of District Abbotabad).

During the conduct of ensuing clearance operation, own troops led by Lieutenant Colonel Kashif, effectively engaged and killed all six terrorists.

However, during intense exchange of fire, leading his troops from the front, Lieutenant Colonel Syed Kashif Ali (age: 39 years, resident of Karachi) and Captain Muhammad Ahmed Badar (age: 23 years, resident of District Talagang), having fought gallantly, paid the ultimate sacrifice and embraced Shahadat.

Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist present in the area, as security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve.”
