No it won't change over night, and its not easy; but lets also not be content with .500 record & 13-19 in the SEC.

Everyone is pointing out how Barry Odom is a good person, but not much about him being a good coach.

25-25 overall, 13-19 in SEC play, 0-2 in bowls. Bad losses to Wyoming, MTSU, Vandy. Skunked against Kentucky. Three seasons with losing streaks of 5 games.
