@AmericanAir Itโs UNACCEPTABLE that my 83 year old grandmother is stranded at the Newark airport for 9+ hours (her flight was at 6:59 am which was delayed last min until 3 pm) while your other flights after that have left on time (12:15 and 1:32 pm). Disappointed! That is NOT OK!

@ShopifySupport Iโve reached out to support and the app still seems to be stuck in some review process. I can understand a slight delay but 7 business days turning into over a month really affects a small business especially during this pandemic...

@ChaseSupport your Rewards Travel website and customer support hotline are woefully deficient. Have been disconnected 7 times on the phone, and website has no change/cancel hotel reservation function. Do better!! Please help.
