@The_Old_Hippie @OccupyDemocrats I don't disagree that stimulants (Adderall, methamphetamine but probably Desoxyn in their case & cocaine) probably make the ones without ADHD crazier but if they have ADHD then Adderall may make them more stable & unlikely to do messed up shit than they would otherwise.

Even if police gathered something that proved prior drug use, e.g. hair, how could it be used in court? What charges would it prove?

It's not like you can be prosecuted for USING drugs, only if you're in possession of them & even that shouldn't be a crime.

I don't see why that would even be an issue, aside from the blatant hypocrisy if they are supporters of our immoral, unjust drug laws. Drug use by politicians is the least of my concerns.

Drug decriminalization doesn't magically solve all of the problems created by almost 120 years of prohibition & recriminalizing drug use is only going to reverse any progress made through passage of Measure 110 & end up killing & imprisoning more people.

@BurnySanders3 @CRE_Lndr @spetry_mi @WalshFreedom As far as the hundreds of thousands of drug overdoses annually go, those aren't all from opioids and the overdoses from opioids are from illicitly manufactured fentanyl/fentanyl analogs. Rx opioid drugs cause a very small percentage of overdose deaths & most are due to diversion.
