Booked Kia Sonet Diesel on 15 Nov’2025. Dealer delayed delivery with false promises, made us do PDI of Petrol car despite Diesel booking. Loan fully disbursed, full payment done, car still not delivered.

Disappointed with my experience at @TheBodyShopIND . The store had wrong display offers, and had to wait more than 1 hour for billing. The staff was unclear about offer. I was asked to sign up for membership for additional discount, but it was later not provided. Please improve.
