In early 2021, hundreds of people were reaching out to me and Swan, telling us they'd fallen in love with Bitcoin and wanted to work in the industry. I hate saying No when it's about Bitcoin, so I was spending 20% of my time matching candidates to companies. It was out of necessity that I looked for a niche/vertical job bard SaaS and started a Telegram group called "Bitcoiner Jobs" to build a volunteer team. Enter superstar @n_d3nn with 5-tool web skillset AND an HR background. Once Nathan took over, @BitcoinerJobs took off, helping hundreds of Bitcoiners find jobs in the industry. Now, less than four years later, we've passed an incredible milestone, with 100,000 job applications submitted!
