The world isn’t sanctioning self-defence, it’s sanctioning a resource war fought on Congolese soil, over Congolese minerals, that a small elite and Kagame’s regime profit from. Stop occupying your neighbours and the question answers itself.

Kagame’s aggressive regional policy has led Rwanda into conflict with every one of its neighbours - Burundi, DRC, Uganda, Tanzania. Each, at one point, has been accused by Kigali of backing the FDLR, a pretext for cross-border operations and military intervention. Each, in turn, has accused Rwanda of violating its sovereignty: spying inside their borders, kidnapping and executing people from their territory.

You can’t have a problem with every neighbour and still play the victim.

BGA alerts the United States of America to the continued determination of the President of Rwanda to destabilize the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.

According to information received by BGA, President Paul Kagame has convened a special meeting with individuals and proxy groups actively involved in the conflict in eastern DRC, including UN-sanctioned entities and individuals, leaders of AFC/M23 and MRDP/Twirwaneho, the self-proclaimed generals Sultan Makenga and Sematama Charles, together with several other prominent figures. The purpose of this meeting is to determine the next phase of operations in eastern DRC and to advance the violation of territorial integrity of the DRC and occupation of additional Congolese territory.

According to our sources, several individuals from the Rwanda's proxy networks of diaspora also traveled to participate in these consultations with the objective of contributing to decisions regarding the next course of action.

Meanwhile, with the reported redeployment of numerous RDF troops to Minembwe, Banyamulenge civilians continue to be used as a human shield. This remains a matter of profound concern not only for the Banyamulenge community but also for other Congolese communities affected by the ongoing conflict.

BGA also expresses grave concern over Rwanda's strategy of encouraging Banyamulenge refugee families living in host countries to return to Minembwe. This strategy is intended to facilitate the settlement of additional Rwandan families alongside the Banyamulenge, in a manner similar to what occurred in North Kivu. BGA believes that the ultimate objective is to establish a lasting Rwandan presence in the Minembwe area under the cover of refugee returns. We therefore call upon the international community, the United Nations, and all relevant humanitarian and refugee protection agencies to closely monitor these developments and ensure that any refugee returns are voluntary, transparent, and conducted in full accordance with international law.

BGA respectfully calls upon His Excellency President #Donald J. Trump and His Excellency Secretary of State #Marco Rubio to #hold the Government of #Rwanda #accountable and to ensure the full implementation of the #Washington Accords by urging President Paul Kagame to honor his commitments and cease all actions that undermine peace regional stability, and the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

BGA further respectfully urges the relevant authorities of the United States to closely scrutinize any U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents who may be affiliated with, or involved in financing or otherwise supporting Rwanda-backed proxy armed groups from U.S. territory. According to information received by BGA, Rwanda-linked networks operating within the United States may be contributing financial support to armed groups involved in the conflict in eastern DRC. BGA therefore respectfully requests that these reports be thoroughly investigated and, where supported by evidence, that appropriate action be taken in accordance with United States law.

1. Les FDLR sont dans un état résiduel qui ne constitue aucune menace pour le Rwanda. Est-ce clair ? Donc, leur forme existentielle dangereuse, recyclée par la propagande rwandaise, n’existe pas.

2. Vous devez vous documenter. Le CONOPS est le cadre de la partie opérationnelle de l’accord, et vous devriez le lire pour éviter ce type de confusion. Ce cadre note clairement que la grande partie des FDLR se trouve dans les zones sous occupation rwandaise.

3. L’alibi, oui, comment expliquez-vous que le même prétexte, utilisé en 2012 pour justifier l’agression de la RDC et durant tout le mandat Kabila, soit encore utilisé aujourd’hui, alors que Kabila, qui était accusé d’armer les FDLR, est désormais allié du Rwanda et qu’il entre et sort librement ?

93 maisons de gardiennage, 65 000 jeunes du Sud-Kivu mis au chômage par le #M23 et le #Rwanda.
Les #M23 ont réuni, ce matin, tous les responsables des maisons de gardiennage à #Bukavu, depuis 10 h 00. Après leur communication, la décision suivante a été prise :
▶️Il est donné 48 h à toutes les sociétés de gardiennage de retirer tous leurs agents des différents sites, ainsi que leurs insignes, leurs engins roulants, etc.
▶️Tous les bureaux seront également fermés, y compris l'administration de la société.
▶️Tout agent qui sera trouvé sur un site sera arrêté immédiatement, et tout responsable sera immédiatement transféré à la prison centrale de #Goma.
▶️Ne pourra ouvrir ses portes et reprendre ses activités que la société qui sera en règle avec les exigences ci-dessous :
A. Paiement à la #BDE d'une somme de 50 000 dollars.
B. Autorisation de fonctionnement délivrée par leur chef du renseignement, le Col. #IMANI_NZENZE.
C. La société devra disposer de 4 véhicules d'intervention. D. Les agents devront suivre la formation #organisée par le mouvement, avec l'approbation du général-major Sultan MAKENGA.

L'objectif est de remplacer ces maisons de gardiennage par une société de sécurité #rwandaise dénommée #NEVIS_SECURITY, dont le responsable est le Col. #MANŒUVRE, le petit frère du général autoproclamé #Makenga, où les seuls travailleurs sont des militaires rwandais du #M23_RDF qui se font passer pour des civils et qui utilisent les armes a feu 🔥

#NB: Ce qui se passe à l'Est de la #RDC dépasse même ce que l'Afrique avait subi à l'époque coloniale.
