I had a very bad customer experience today @TheOfficialSBI I m waiting from past 40 min or so for my video kyc and the app shows "You're all set"-"Your call is going to begin soon" but nothing happens. The only thing which happened till now is my battery went down from 22-12 :)

@airindiain During my ticket booking all names were correct and now when I see the itinerary my mother’s name has a senator title 😀 now customer care is saying I should cancel my booking and pay the charges then rebook it. This doesn’t make any sense 🙁

@airindiain My parents are travelling today from Kolkata to SFO using air india , they are currently stopped because they don't have a proper format for covid 19 test. They are having a doctor's report which says they are negative. Why air india has not communicated this to us

@airindiain I called in the morning for an upgrade customer care told me it is possible now they say it is not. I got an upgrade from economy to business now they are saying 2nd upgrade from business to 1st is not possible. Is it true? I wonder why I m getting upgrade emails then
