This morning several of us thought of Leah as her funeral took place thousands of miles away.

I know Leah liked the sea, she loved the water by her home. Clearly that stillness helped her navigate her spiritual journey.

The message today is to live life to the full, with zest, determination and courage. Centre yourself in knowing that you are created perfect, you are perfect. Fulfil your destiny, remained focused on the important things. Family, friendship, extending the hand of love and kindness far and wide.

Previously we spoke about meeting to break bread in Jerusalem. So below I attach a couple of images of my own time in Israel, one in Eilat, the other at the Kotel last month.

Life is short, fragile, a precious miracle, a precious gift. Embrace your life and your loved ones, you are part of the magic of this Universe.

There is/was never a genocide in Gaza. The opposite actually, one side (Israel) vaccinating, feeding, helping with all services (medical, drinking water, power) while taking extraordinary steps to protect civilians in the worst urban warfare scenario arguably ever seen and the other side (Hamas) doing everything it can to get civilians killed, stealing food, targeting civilians that do not do their demands. My sons are @TeamMessi mega fans and they are 3 hours away from having their World Cup dream turn into a nightmare thanks to @viagogo.

We've bought the tickets months ago. We spent $8,000 plus thousands more to get to Dallas. Now we're here.

This was a 40th birthday gift, and a gift to both my boys who've never seen Messi play live.

We've had technical problems for weeks now trying to get the tickets from the platform. Viagogo support kept assuring us the ticket issue would resolve itself closer to the day. Its in 3.5 hours and still no access to the tickets. Support told us to call back in 2 hours.

They offered us a refund if it doesn't work. But that doesn't recoup the thousands we spent on flights and hotels. And it doesn't do anything for my two boys who will be absolutely shattered that they're not seeing the game... not seeing their Hero play in his likely final World Cup tournament.

Ive had 3 hours of sleep. My wife has been crying all night. The kids are bearing up, honestly better than we are. But this isnt fair and it isnt right. And Viagogo has turned what should he a dream trip for our family into a nightmare.

The bodycam footage of Henry Nowak has just been released.

An 18-year-old who was stabbed FIVE TIMES called the police for help.

His attacker told officers Henry was a racist.

So they handcuffed the victim.

Henry told them over and over:

"I've been stabbed."
"I can't breathe."
"Please brother, I can't breathe."

An officer responded: "You've been stabbed, mate? I don't think you have."

Henry died in handcuffs.

The mainstream media has said NOTHING.

So I deleted.

Can’t imagine how I’d feel if I was family or a friend seeing his last moments. It’s so awful.

I’ve instead decided to share this photo, a bright, lovely young man with the whole world in front of him.
