A total of 47 people were taken to a hospital following the Iranian ballistic missile impact in the southern city of Dimona, Magen David Adom says.
The victims include a young boy in serious condition after he was hit by shrapnel.
A woman in her 30s was moderately hurt by glass shards, and 31 others were lightly injured by shrapnel or were hurt after falling over while running to shelter, according to MDA.
MDA says another 14 were treated for acute anxiety.
All were taken to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba.
