Pouches is what got me over a vicious cigar habit.

I was smoking two Churchill-length cigars and a couple of cigarillos a day. Two hours in a car a day + car windshield = not good. Goo Gone was the only thing cutting through all the tar buildup. I smelled like an old man fresh off a 10-hour day at the horse track.

My humidor is still well stocked for special occasions. We all have our vices. I’ll take Nicotine over any of the other ones that ruin a man’s life. Food, drugs, booze, infidelity, etc.

@JohnSmithhp6c Big ups to Home Depot. The clientele at Walmart is much more “diverse” than HD. Y’all locking up power tools, we locking up socks and laundry detergent. Home Depot take WIC and Food Stamps? How about old guys who are so fucked by the diabetes they leaking pus & piss everywhere?

@JohnSmithhp6c @trackingcosts Whole Foods would have been easy. I did my time at Walmart. A division 1 store aka not a supercenter which meant I was the only salaried manager in the building for 12 hours at a time. 80 hours a week if I was lucky. Love the “insight” from people who don’t know shit.

This all day. Someone gets cute and overorders whatever and now I have to figure how to get out of the backroom, displayed in a way that some moron won’t sue, and discounted at a level that doesn’t cost me the shitty job I stupidly signed up for.

Eye opening for what many want to dismiss as a larper fantasy meant to fuel political unrest.

Similar to another book out there, Unintended Consequences. They could have been better written but the overall messages carry through.

This book really made me take a stronger stance with people that I interact with. No grey areas. Either you see the writing on the wall or you’re a willing participant in our destruction. Not knowing isn’t an excuse.

If you’re going to run expired tabs, avoid Eatonville. Drive around the town. The “police” here live for speeding, equipment violations, and tabs. 31 in a 25? Getting pulled over. Ask me how I know.

Nothing for them to do. Any heavy lifting and the Sheriff’s Department or WSP is getting called, not the meter maids.

Got pulled over once for tabs and was told “drive down the hill to licensing office or get a ticket tomorrow.” So, no ticket but the state got their money.

They’re getting pushed south and east out of King County and Tacoma. Graham and Eatonville are a lot darker now versus 12 years ago. South Hill and Puyallup? A fucking scene out of a Star Wars cantina. Only going to get worse as boomers die off and their kids cash in before the housing market completely crashes.

@TheAimAndAuthor USPS did their job today and…successfully behind enemy lines. Stickers should be a regular addition to the store. I’m thinking a line of historically prominent Southerners. Could be Confederate greats but the South has so many people worth remembering and celebrating.
