Working out at the gym will eventually get boring. Accept it or not. The majority of people face this problem. And once this boredom strikes, you will feel like eating junk and going off the track completely 'assuming' you will get back later.
The only way to escape this boredom is to pick up something new that provides same benefits to your health.
If you are getting bored, please pick up a new sport. Maybe running, or swimming or boxing or table tennis or badminton. Anything.
I know it is not feasible for everyone to pick up something new, considering it will add extra cost and time, but if you can, do it.
It will keep you going. It will keep you disciplined. It will keep your mindset fixed towards a new goal, a new timing of your run, rounds of boxing or laps of swimming.
I met an administrator recently and this was my first question - why don't we fine people who litter or spit on roads?
He told me fines won't and cannot work in this country. I asked him why, he gave me three reasons.
1. People are dheet. (stubborn). You fine them 200тВ╣ or 500тВ╣ or 5000тВ╣ they will just deny to pay. Straight on your face. There is nothing you will be able to do. You think you can jail them for this? Jails are already full. You think you will do some lathi work? They will gather the entire local area or village on you. Would someone risk his or her life for 15-30k salary? I don't think so
2. Local volunteers and administration are people of people around. That traffic police guy you see on road is a distant family member or a friend of the guy who is breaking the signal or painting the footpath red. No one fines their own family members. If not family member, same religion or caste also plays a role here.
3. We are overloaded and there is too much of traffic and crowd everywhere. You cannot possibly stop every bike riding on footpath because that will cause huge traffic jam during peak hours. You cannot stop every car before zebra crossing. You cannot stop two people in a religious place of worship to maintain queue.
The only way to solve this problem is to educate the entire generation to generation. Or maybe some large revolution in the entire country like from tonight 8pm every truck will drive in 3rd lane. Every thar owner will have to go under test, every creta owner will have to change their horn and headlight.
Yesterday, I posted about my siblingтАЩs petrol car getting stranded on the road due to a fuel pump failure. The company itself confirmed it was linked to a fuel blending issue related to ethanol.
But unfortunately, I had to delete the post because of immense pressure from higher authorities. For the first time in my life, I was forced to take down something purely out of concern for family safety and precautions.
The unfortunate truth is that whenever someone speaks up about ethanol-related issues, attempts are made to silence them. This may continue, but these problems wonтАЩt disappear and tomorrow it could be my own car stranded the same way.

Is there even a single person in India whose passport was made without paying a bribe? ЁЯШн
Are any of you here that lucky? And if not, how much did you have to pay?
#Update┬аon the unprovoked campaign of #slander & #communalhate launched against me by some practising #advocates.
After a 300-day inquiry,┬а#NHRC┬аhas closed the case as┬а#DelhiPolice┬аfound no grounds for action.
The truth is now on record.┬а Accountability is next.
