@emily_fri Yes! It varies a bit by service - but on many of our teams our workflow is:
- chart check and pend notes
- residents preround (notes and some orders are signed as we go)
- pre-op first cases
- round with attendings
- OR and other tasks (consults)
And most of this before 8am 💀

Understand that if we're not helping with something, it's not bc we think we're too good - we're probably trying to finish 10 other things between cases.
