@QPark_UK in John Lewis Liverpool. We got stuck on the 5th floor with cars moving so slowly that it would have taken us 3hours to get out. Other motorists called Qpark and they were uninterested in helping sort the problem ( the traffic lights only let out 4 cars through/4mins)
