I research supplements before I recommend — ingredients, studies, third-party reports. 20+ categories so far →

@TheWarEnglish Good breakdown. Most L-threonate trials I've read focus on older adults with cognitive complaints, so a healthy 18-45 cohort is a nice change. Did they look at sleep quality as an outcome or just cognition?

The tongkat ali + shilajit stack is everywhere right now. I read through the actual research and compared what's on Amazon - doses, forms, what's worth it: https://t.co/AsSv0N8ABH

There's more to creatine than the gym. I went through the research on brain health - doses, forms, who it actually helps - and compared what's on Amazon: https://t.co/hAv9tviXwn

I compared the top magnesium glycinate options on Amazon for sleep - doses, third-party testing, and who each one actually suits: https://t.co/GnRqAH21VA

Tried melatonin, then tried L-theanine. Not the same thing at all. I compared doses, timing, and the sleep research on both: https://t.co/sq1iRl1SD7

@SGuilera @soncayakonca Interesting, I've read the same about threonate crossing the BBB more readily. What I'd add is the actual clinical deltas for threonate are pretty modest in most trials so far. Still sleep great on glycinate myself, but fair point on the mechanism difference

@capsuline @CoachDanCole_ Honestly the chelate point doesn't get said enough. I switched from oxide to bisglycinate a couple years back after reading up on this and the difference in my legs at night was noticeable. Oxide isn't useless, it's just mostly working as a laxative at those doses

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

Migraines run in my family, so I went through the CoQ10 research myself - what the trials actually support, which forms absorb better, and who it's worth trying for: https://t.co/s6mRkQw6qc

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

@WeTalknYamz Honestly the boring stuff is the whole game. I fixed my sleep window before adding magnesium and the supplement worked twice as well after. Order of operations matters more than people admit.

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

@Josh_fitcheck13 The chalk comparison is too real. I took oxide every night for years because it was cheap. Switched to glycinate earlier this year and the difference by morning was obvious.

Eleuthero is the adaptogen I reach for when coffee stops working. I compared the Siberian ginseng options using the research - doses, timing, and who should skip it: https://t.co/d0LuxFdvvA

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

Butyrate is the postbiotic your gut lining actually runs on. I looked at the tributyrin options using the research - doses, absorption, and which forms are worth it: https://t.co/sm6k65aeEu

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

@longevitymediaa The zinc lozenge point is fair, though the trials that show benefit use them within the first 24 hours at roughly 75mg elemental per day, split into lozenges every couple hours. Past that window the effect mostly disappears.

Magnesium for menopause sleep is everywhere right now. I went through the actual research on glycinate vs threonine vs citrate, and who each one suits: https://t.co/ZBIlWaZh17

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

Spent way too long comparing DIM supplements for estrogen balance - what the research actually supports, doses, and who they make sense for: https://t.co/ABEJujMXH9

@priety_preets This tracks with what I saw digging through the spearmint literature last week - everyone quotes the 2013 tea trial but almost nobody mentions the dose form is doing half the work. Glycinate being chelated really does change how forgiving it is on the stomach compared to oxide.

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

TUDCA is one of those ingredients where the bottle label tells you less than the research does. I compared capsule strength, source info, and testing access across Amazon listings: https://t.co/aYFhDsp4eU

[Emma Martin @NaerMartinco]

Spearmint capsules looked convenient until I read the actual trials - almost all of them used tea, two cups a day. I broke down what that means before you buy a bottle: https://t.co/Ilpq3m4J1s

Boswellia isn't one ingredient, it's a family of extracts. I compared 3 joint supplements on Amazon by extract identity, AKBA disclosure, and actual study doses: https://t.co/RfLYCNWRyA

Before buying nattokinase, learn how the enzyme activity is actually measured. I compared 3 on Amazon by FU count, label clarity, and who should skip it: https://t.co/ZGrDIiX194
