@theoliveranwar Magnesium glycinate actually does the opposite for me, keeps me alert and awake. I’ve read it can have this paradoxical effect for some people. Switched to magnesium threonate before bed and I sleep like a baby now. Of course everyone’s different ☺️
@nolimit_luke_ Same stack but without the extra glycine. Question: why add glycine if magnesium bisglycinate already contains some? For 400mg of magnesium there’s already 3g of glycine — is it to add even more on top of that?

@yoursimmo11 Same here, never again. Be really careful with this herb, things only went back to normal once I stopped taking it. L-theanine for the win
