@FaiezaaliFaiza @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA We need to take legal action against Motawif for making our life miserable and ruining our peace. We spent 15000+ dollar to come here. We had to spend money on top of it for our own transportation. They separated us from our husband/wife and family members.

@Motawif_SA I accepted our bad quality room. But requested them to move us to higher floor. They threatened me saying I have to share a room with unknown women instead of my husband if I demand more than this. How people in Allah’s house could be this rude? You didn’t give us anything free.

@Motawif_SA Our group bought Motawif’s most expensive platinum and platinum plus packages spending our lifetime saving for hajj. But we see surprisingly silver and gold packages have got far better room than us. We got a dark small room in first floor. Which is similar to a 50 dollar motel.

@Motawif_SA Our friends got a similar room in 5th floor with two beds while they are three family members. They couldn’t resolve this issue yet. Your team made 3 people stay in that small room. Are we here for Hajj after spending our life saving or fighting with Motawif team members?

@Motawif_SA Finally we are here in Makkah. Alhamdulillah. Allah allowed us to come near Kaaba. But Motawif team made it very very stressful from day one. From application to booking, visa etc. After we arrived here in Movenpick hotel our experience with getting a room was not pleasant.

@Motawif_SA We cannot ensign the visa application. Name, Signature and Date fields are disabled. Please let us know what to do. We keep gettin email. But cannot proceed with signature. Need help.
