@AmazonHelp Mail has no resolution given. My item is reached final destination on 28th of July. Which you couldn't deliver till now. Even your customer agent doesn't know the reason for the delay. What is the use of sending an email. Don't play with customers hard earned money.
@AmazonHelp@amazon I have already shared required information over DM and Calls to the customer agents. They don't have knowledge about the delivery and there is no coordination with the customer service team and logistics team.
