I purchased my Annual Toll Pass on 7th Sep 2025, making it legally valid until 8th Sep 2026. However, yesterday on 30th Aug 2026, I crossed the Kaza toll gate twice, and charged Rs.125+ Rs.65.

Tried to complain through 1033. It always in engage. Even 3 times connected no solution. Immediately I explains my issue they simply put me on long hold and disconnects the call.
