Package holiday booked with @OntheBeachUK@easyJet flight cancelled at 10:50 last night and was told by @OntheBeachUK not their problem contact the airline. Do not book with @OntheBeachUK. I had to pay an extra £2k to get home.
@easyJet No I would like @easyJet to explain on this entire forum why they were prepared at one to leave everyone stranded. In addition I know done people are still stranded as they can't afford new flights. Me and my friends (9 total) have to spend £6k in new flights. compensation due?
@easyJet flight cancelled on 24/08 after advising on the app it was delayed. The next flight out is 31/08. You'd think they would have sent an empty flight today to pick up their stranded passages..however no, instead, they decided not to answer the phone #stranded#easyjet
@easyJet flight at 2255 last night from Antalya cancelled even though we left hotel because it was only delayed on app. Whisked their package holidays customers away leaving flight only stranded. Only Antalya airport employees argued to get them to put us up in hotel.
@Vodaphone4, would it be possible to speak to someone instead of an automated message? For six hours, I've been trying to talk to a customer service agent, and all you do is send a text for me to speak to a machine.
@Markerstudyins Customer services is awful. For three days I’ve tried to get through to you and waited 3 hours and still haven’t managed to speak to anyone - please DM me so I can speak to you.
