I don’t know how many of my followers have seen the film Parasakthi which is intended for young people to know about the Language struggle and anti-Hindi agitation that happened throughout India in 1965.

This a tricky suggestion to displace English & bring in Hindi instead
Proficiency in a 3rd language should be made compulsory for appearing in 12th std school final exams. This 3rd language will not necessarily be taught in schools, since all the schools may not be able offer all language options, as listed in 8th Schedule of the constitution.
Instead, students in Tamil Nadu should be encouraged to study privately any Indian language of their choice as 3rd language, apart from Tamil and English, which they will learn in the school. For non–Tamils, It could be their mother tongue and
@svembu Let Hindi be or become an all india Link Language for the people who want a link apart from English. But why should everyone in non-hindi states shd learn from school with grammar. Instead, any one if so wishes, can learn spoken Hindi in 30 days. For this TN may/shd encourage.

We may also consider electing all the Members of the Rajya Sabha at one go at the beginning of the regime change after Assembly elections. This pool of elected candidates will take office at their due time as 1/3 of Rajya Sabha members retire
