@mayorofutopia_@Markooo70 If we go by biology, it actually starts before. Sperm is alive, and so is the ovum. Yet masturbation is not considered genocide.
The other detail is that we don´t force people to donate blood, so we should not force people to donate their body for 9 months
@AgainstAtheismX ... the fish turns into something that turns into something that turns into something....that turns into the first land animals, who turn into other animals, who turn into other animals... etc etc over millions and millions of years, until you finally reach humans.
@AgainstAtheismX first of all, that is not atheism, that is evolution. Plenty of theists accept evolution, including many christians.
Second, the fairy tale is not realistic because the frog turns into a prince instantly for no reason. With evolution the fish doesn´t turn into a human...
@BillyBoy51601@FrankyInvalid It depends on what you search and your algorithm. I have to be up to date with the manga to not get spoiled, but since my sister and niece do not search One piece stuff, and mostly watch it on my laptop connected to a tv or via netflix they are not shown OP stuff
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 Intuition and asking God for clarity first. Then contemplation of how harmonious the system ends up being and how hints of it show up in different religions.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 Measuring the accuracy. When you mention stuff like 99% accuracy I assumed that came from a study and that you could provide a link.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "What kind of God do you believe in? ."
I am a non-dualist.
I believe all is one. Separation is an illusion. We are all one. God is in us. God is everything. This is how God explores his own creation.
There is no hell. Every time we hurt others, we are hurting ourselves.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "The Bible is the Word of God. " No
"That is Gods claim. " this is an human claim
"Distrusting the word of God is rejecting God." Yes, but the bible is not the word of God.
"Do you believe that God left nothing for us?"
Our intuition and capacity to explore and learn
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "The accuracy of the 25,000 manuscripts, that most atheist don’t even dispute, is evidence." Ok, provide the scientific study that demosntrate that.
I already provided one and you didn´t understand it.
You are yet to provide evidence (a claim is not evidence)
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 Free will doesn´t stop us from being mistaken and acting accordingly.
Let's assume I am mistaken; I would basically go to hell just because life experiences led me to believe the wrong thing. God would not allow that, not without offering a way to escape hell once there.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14@WesleyLHuff Now, the quesition is: have you given other religions a chance? Because if not you are requesting of me something you are not willing to do. If this is the case I have given christianism more opportunity than you to other spiritual currents.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14@WesleyLHuff "You have made zero effort to actually substantiate my statements."
This is a wrong assumption. I was raised a christian, I have read the bible and even when I was beginning to doubt christianism I prayed to God for clarity.
I have given christianism plenty of a chance.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "I see, you disbelieve in God because you disagree with God?"
I don´t desbelieve God. I desbelieve the bible.
I don´t disagree with God. I disagree with the bible.
You are free to take the bible as the word of God.
"Sin offers eternal damnation."
God would not allow such thing
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "Men wrote the Bible, it can’t be trusted."
That is not my position. My position is "I have no reason to trust it ****blindly****".
"The 300+ prophecies fulfilled could have been fabricated."
My argument is actually that you are making a claim without providing evidence.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 First of all , which is the atheist argument you are referring to.
In regards to:
"Why do you distrust? Ffs, dude. Address my questions. "
I already answered that:
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14@WesleyLHuff Of course, a truth doesn´t stop being true just because one doesn´t know it.
With that said wether what you are saying is true or not, I have no reason to blindly believe your position. I am requesting an example of a source you consider strong enough evidence.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "You are refuting the longstanding (all of human history) belief in God." No, I believe in God. I don´t believe in the christian interpretation of God.
@LiberalsTruths@TheSkepticWiz@ThomasKeefe14 "And it’s all based on: I don’t trust it, therefore, it cannot be. ."
For the love of God, I am not an atheist and is not that it can't be because I don'trust it. Is that I just won´t believe something just because someone in the internet says it.
