Saw earlier this week, a farm in Brazil tokenized 10 dairy cows and pulled around $20K in credit, registered straight on the B3 stock exchange.

So I read how they pulled it off:

⇾ Cowmed straps AI collars on the cows, tracking health & location live.

⇾ That data becomes a verifiable digital ID tied to the loan, no need for inspection.

⇾ Banks used to discount livestock collateral up to 60% from lack of verification, tokenization fixed that.

If a cow can be bankable collateral, basically anything tangible can: car, house, crops, bike, anything.

Most people just hold RWAs but the real unlock:

⇾ Borrow cash against real assets without selling.

⇾ Use tokenized stocks as collateral to borrow stablecoins.

⇾ Lend stablecoins into RWA markets, farm yield.

⇾ Lock for fixed interest or use as margin to trade.

Woke up to see that BitMart is shutting down, it'll be fully done by Jan 31, 2027.

⇾ It's sad, but it says a lot about how brutal this bear market has been on builders.

⇾ I checked RootData and close to 95 crypto projects have shut down, gone bankrupt, or gone dark this year alone. Crazy right?

⇾ As a CEX, BitMart had good days and bad ones including the $196M hack back in 2021 after their hot wallet keys got stolen.

⇾ If you've still got funds there, withdraw early. It'll get harder to withdraw as the deadline gets closer.
