Won't accept the return even though the seat causes discomfort to the baby.Strongly suggest buying from any local store.May cost a few hundred extra but there will be peace of mind and the feeling of not being cheated
@SayedMomeen@firstcryindia@themomsco Please be extra extra careful before accepting the delivery. They won't take back the product even if your concers are genuine and are related to baby's wellness. Only thing that matters to them is money, not the parents or their babies.

@ganeshsonawane Try returning one of their products or interact with their customer care division. You will understand the full value of @firstcryindia . You will be treated as a helpless consumer of a third world country. Our law should protect the interests of the consumer but it's not.
