Mustafe Cagjar @Mustafe_M_Omer , the so-called president of the Somali regional administration in Ethiopia, is a man whose hands are stained with the blood of innocent civilians. History will forever remember him as a genocidal leader who betrayed his duty to protect his people and instead unleashed violence and terror upon them. The atrocities committed under his orders, particularly the brutal attack on the Dacawalay region by the Liyuu Police forces, are unforgivable. These were not acts of governance but cold-blooded massacres designed to destroy lives, sow division, and assert clan supremacy.

Rather than acting as a unifying leader, @Mustafe_M_Omer chose to exploit the state’s security apparatus to wage war on those he deemed as opponents. When faced with conflicts between his own clan and the Arab Isaaq clan, he abandoned his responsibility to mediate and enforce peace. Instead, he weaponized the Liyuu Police to serve his personal and clan interests, turning a state institution into a tool of oppression and violence. His actions were not just failures of leadership but deliberate acts of cruelty and disregard for human life.

Such crimes cannot and will not go unanswered. @Mustafe_M_Omer stands as a symbol of betrayal, tyranny, and bloodshed. The innocent lives lost and the communities destroyed under his rule cry out for justice. No amount of political maneuvering or self-serving propaganda will shield him from the reckoning that awaits. History has no mercy for those who commit genocide, and the world will not forget. Justice, though delayed, is inevitable, and @Mustafe_M_Omer will face the consequences of his crimes against humanity.
