@Olacabs I'm posting this for my niece. Sushmita & her senior citizen parents have been under tremoundous stress & harassment from OLA payment team with multiple calls & threats for an OLA ride she never took nor booked. Unacceptable behaviour. Disgusting. Sort this immediately.

She and her senior citizen parents have been facing multiple call harassments from OLA for the OLA ride payments for which she had never taken or booked. This is unacceptable behaviour. Ola or goons?

Travelling in Train No 16345 Netravati Express in A2 coach. Very surprising to find unreserved passengers on board near the toilet area on both sides of the compartment. Why is there no check? What are the TT and Railway Police doing ? Shame..
