Protesters in Albania have said their protest against Jared Kushners elite private island is now permanent until Kushner is kicked out of the country entirely.
The protesters are now using violent means and have been going on for an entire month.
"We want to protect our nature."
"We are here to protect Albania from the most corrupt government in the world."
So @KenyaPower_Care has been dragging it's feet to go fix an electrical fault with one of their meters in a hospital in Nairobi.
The hospital is reporting four weeks of losing electricity especially at night. One night they almost lost a patient undergoing a procedure due to this.
Customer care keeps giving the same excuses: "we have dispatched a team." "we are escalating the situation."
Guys what do you want? You want people to die? You want a bribe at the office?
@OkiyaOmtatah is there a legal loop to sue individual civil servants for civil duty negligence?

THE SHUJAA PRESIDENTIAL MANIFESTO
The plan is to make Kenya a failed state;
1. Destroy the middle class.
-shut down manufacturing companies.
-overtax the working class.
-inflation.
-hike the cost of living.
-no increments on salaries.
2. Turn everyone into a beggar.
-introduce digital currency.
-government as biggest employer.
-destroy informal sector.
-divest manufacturing.
-over regulate/ over tax small and medium enterprises.
-subsidise corporates.
3. Privatize land.
-give access to farmland to global agricultural multinationals.
-bills that take away land sovereignty from the citizen.
-introduce a land tax.
-create squatters.
4. Control housing.
-15 minute cities.
-over surveillance.
-avoidable housing for those who can't afford a tax on their freehold land.
5. Destroy seed sovereignty.
-introduce only patented seedlings.
-prioritise GMOs and hybrids.
-demonize indigenous seeds and organic farming.
-pass bills that curtail the growth and aspirations of small scale farmers.
6. Privatize water.
-force a people to need a license to harvest rain water, rivers or dams.
-overtax boreholes so only the rich can afford them.
-give global beverage and bottled water companies uninhibited access.
7. Enslave the nation in debt.
-borrow from global banking cartels;
IMF, World Bank, China EXIM Bank, European Central Bank, African Development Bank...
-squander taxes.
-loot borrowed money.
-use national assets as colateral for debt.
8. Destroy Sovereignty.
-allow foreign military bases in your land.
-allow foreign governments say so in your socio-economic/ political issues.
-allow biological weapons labs.
-allow for looting of mineral wealth and natural resources.
9. Create an illiterate populace.
-remove free education.
-introduce a new education model without proper planning.
-allow globalist entities to fund your curriculum.
-dumb down the learners.
-divest/privatise higher learning institutions.
10. Devalue the currency.
-print fiat without regulation.
-inflation.
-loot gold and silver reserves.
-allow global banking cartels to set fiscal policy.
Let me educate you before everyone lies to you you did something.;
1. You want to go home and farm?
The National Land Commission Act and the Land Ammendment Act are targeting freehold land.
-soon you'll need to pay taxes on that land.
If you can't pay you'll be herded into avoidable housing.
2. The Water Privatisation Act is targeting water.
You'll need a license to collect rain water.
You will be taxed to access water in your local river, well and dam.
And if you think you'll get a borehole, think again, it'll be overtaxxed so only the rich can afford one.
3. The Seed varieties Act seeks to patent seedlings.
Meaning only genetically modified and hybrids will be available.
Your indigenous seeds will be extinct in the next few years.
You will have to buy from Monsanto to plant them, enslavement.
So without land, water and seeds, how will achieve your off grid dream?
You can't run away from the current problem.
You must face it.
There is not a single soul vying for office is running to free us.
They are all controlled, one way or the other.
Ask any about land redistribution, nationalising minerals, shutting down foreign military bases in Kenya, restoring sovereignty and leaving the commonwealth and see.
That leaves us only one option;
Occupying statehouse and installing a transition council.
So we can be fully sure whoever is in that office is our choice.
Then mandate them to rescede those bills, restore our republic and execute the corrupt and recoup stolen assets.
More people have died during elections than during protests.
Am not calling for endless protests, that is the work of cashivists and pay-triots.
I want just one large protest, large enough to storm that hellhole without a single shot or teargas carnister fired.
You want freedom and absolute liberty and a life in some village somewhere?
Get rid of those who made it impossible in the first place.

The race for; iridium, gallium, tantalum, beryllium, germanium, coltan, lithium, uranium, titanium, niobium, gold, manganese, tungsten, nickel, rubies, oil and gas, will be either what wakes up Kenyans, or finally breaks our fatherland.
We are a few steps away from being a superpower or being a failed state.
The current crop of leaders cannot usher in a golden age for our sacres land.
So I ask, to what end shall we be herded into poverty, enslavement to imperialism, indebted to international banking cartels and a dark future?
We have never known true sovereignty.
Our republic is still a colony of the British Crown.
Laikipia for example, even though it's endowed with trillions of dollars worth of precious metals, is owned by English lords, and registered in the United Kingdom- Laikipia Limited.
Our mineral wealth is also owned by the Crown, via World Bank.
Not a single gram of rare earths is touched without permission from The City of London.
Cue, Jacob Juma, he 'discovered' Niobium worth $300B in Mrima Hill, Kwale County, but only disclosed a third of the mineral wealth, $100B.
Why?
Because the two-thirds remainder would be owned by British/Scottish mining companies Cortec Mining Co and Stirling.
He was murdered by Kenya's excellent thugs; all of them not just PRESIDENT EBOLA.
In Turkana they discovered oil worth about $44B in Ngamia 1.
Then they did extra radar scans around Lodwar and discovered;
1. A fresh water aquiffer that had enough water to be supplied to all Kenyans, non-stop for 70 years.
It'd support irrigation and household utility and usher an agricultural boom.
Then an organization called the IDLO was involved and within 48hrs, Kenya's minister of water came out and declared the water saline and too expensive to desalinate, even though it was initially announced as fresh water.
Why?
The second discovery is.
2. Oil worth over $250B in only 4 wells.
Underline only.
Those who studied stratigraphy know we have more oil than Venezuela's $33 Trillion but that is a story for another day.
Yes, you heard that right.
Back to the 4 wells;
Tullows, a London registered oil corporation, the same one that had won the tender for Ngamia 1, claimed they couldn't extract the oil.
Because...they didn't have the technology.
Immediately after, Kenyan excellent thugs, rushed to privatise the land.
A firm allied to Moses Wetangula managed to privatise the land, endowed with two hundred and fifty billion dollars for only eight hundred and forty million Kenyan shillings.
A few years later, Tullows allowed for a subsidiary to be registered, Gulf Energy, majority owned by Kenya's political class.
And finally, they are extracting the oil.
They have the technology.
When the quest for independence grew and became uncontrollable, British government rushed to do geological surveys of Kenya.
To map mineral formations and endowment.
They discovered that our land had over 970 minerals, all economically viable.
So to hide them, they declared reserve concentration points as national parks, national reserves, animal sanctuaries, conservancies and forests.
Get it?
They don't care for the baby elephants, it's what the cute jumbo helps them conceal.
Economic freedom, absolute liberty and sovereignty won't be restored by digital anger.
I beseech you, take this fight for your livelihoods to the streets.
The streets is where they can't control you.
Non-stop mass action.
Mothers, fathers, children and the youth in the frontline.
It'd take you 30 minutes to get back your power.
Article one of the CoK clearly stipulates you can administer yourselves directly too.
Get up off your knees, let's get free.

IMAGINE YOUR NEIGBOUR RAPING YOUR GIRL?
I have been seeing this slightly aged man (a gateman) at a residence I frequently visit showing up at work looking so disturbed and bothered. He's always isolated and unhappy. I decided to engage him, and here is his sad story:
In 2023, in Kawangware, a Form 3 student is sexually assaulted and raped by a neighbor. The man, let's call him "PETER" for now, who is the victim's father, reported that incident to Muthangari Police Station, where an OB number was issued. A medical examination at Nairobi Women's Hospital confirmed that his daughter had been subjected to sexual activity multiple times and was three months pregnant. Following the examination, the hospital advised the father to return to the police station to facilitate the arrest of the suspect.
Witnesses, including other neighbors, testified that the suspect had been frequently seen with the school-going girl, often after her father had left for his works. On several occasions, the suspect (a man in his 50s) took the daughter out of school for sexual encounters. The crime office at Muthangari Police Station requested the father to bring witnesses to record further statements, which was done.
Now here is where the story is: While the "investigation" was underway, the suspect, a man in his 50s, vacated his house and reportedly fled to Busia.
After fleeing, the suspect's wife, allegedly leveraging a connection to a relative officer at the Muthangari police station, initiated a counter-narrative. She accused the victim's father of breaking into her vacated house and stealing properties. In an attempt to defeat justice, this accusation was the basis of the father's arrest and detention on charges of robbery, effectively turning him from a complainant into a suspect.
The rape suspect's wife apparently claimed that her husband (the suspect) had returned to the rural area, and during his absence, the victim's father, "Mr. Peter," allegedly broke into their house and stole property.
However, evidence suggests that the suspect had vacated the house to evade arrest for the sexual assault charges on the final day he was caught with the girl. This came after he had picked the girl out of school as a neighbor and lied to the school that the child's house was burning and she needed to be there. Unknown to the school the man was taking the girl to his house for sexual encounters. Afterwards, the headmaster called the father to confirm if their house was burning, and, to their shock, no house was burning, and accompanied by the headmaster, they went only to find the suspect with the uniformed girl in his house, and he overwhelmed them to escape.
Despite the apparent fabrication of the robbery charges, the victim's father was charged with robbery and arraigned at Kibera Law Courts, with officers turning blind to his reported case of rape and sexual assault of his daughter. The investigator, reportedly aware of the false nature of the accusations, requested additional time for investigation. The father was held in remand prison for three years, from 2023 until October 2025.
The case hearing was continued, and he was eventually set free after his former employer, a security guard company, intervened and the matter of the child's rape was brought to the attention of the magistrate. During his incarceration, the father of the girl was unlawfully dismissed from his job due to his prolonged absence, a matter that remains unresolved.
Now, during all this period from 2023, the underage victim girl gave birth and was forced to discontinue her high school education in Form 3 around 2023. The sired child is now aged, and the alleged perpetrator of the sexual assault remains at large three years after the initial report. The father, "PETER," is currently out on remand with uncertainty about the robbery case but reportedly faces ongoing threats from officers influenced by the suspect's wife, who is allegedly related to one of the initial investigating officers at Muthangari Police Station.
The prolonged detention of the victim's father on false charges was ORCHESTRATED to help the primary suspect evade justice. The victim girl has never gone back to complete her high school education since the father, a slightly aged man, cannot manage raising the school fees since he's getting very little as a gate man and was in prison wrongfully for 3 years
This man really needs help since he's vulnerable and poor ; justice seems to be running away from him. He's defeated but justice can never be defeated.
I wish to bring this matter to the attention of @DCI_Kenya , @NPSOfficial_KE , and the Ministry of Interior (through @kipmurkomen) to intervene and ensure that justice is served for Mr. "Peter" and his daughter. The officers at Muthangari Police Station, particularly those in the crime office, should be held accountable for their alleged complicity in denying justice to a raped and impregnated teenager by wrongfully incarcerating her father.
I have withheld a lot of information due to the nature of the case. In my interaction with the man, he looked helpless and defeated, and my conversation with him ignited some hope that justice can be found. I assured him that justice will be served. Lawyers and human rights groups willing to take on the matter can reach out for details.
This is what local accountability looks like:
In Festus, Missouri, a town of about 14,000 people, the city council quietly approved a $6 billion Ai data center to be built on 360 acres just north of Highway 67.
Residents say they were never properly heard. Meetings were held in private. Documents were released too late. A week after the approval, the town held a regular election. Voter turnout jumped 129 percent.
Every single council member who had voted yes lost in a landslide. A 70-year-old first-time candidate beat an 8-year incumbent by 40 percentage points.
Now a recall petition is circulating to remove the mayor as well. The lawsuit against the city is already filed.
Has your local government ever been held accountable like this? 🔥
