Our very own Looney Tunes merchandise connoisseur, @NaliniKher, is a powerhouse in her own right. If efficiency were an art, she wouldn’t just master it; she’d teach it. In fact, if Hermione Granger were a real person, I bet she’d have to take some notes on organisation from Nalini herself.

You might recognise her as the lady with those distinctive cat-eyed glasses and cartoon-printed t-shirts, navigating her path around cabins, demanding data on calls. But beneath her businesslike demeanour lies a warm, playful soul. One quality that I find remarkable about Nalini is her quiet ambition, which she never wears on her sleeve. Her diligence and results do all the talking. Even on weekends and late nights, she’s always busy tackling crisis control, juggling multiple calls, and ensuring that every loose end is tied.

While work is going on in the forefront, I’ve noticed her always being there, ready to lend a helping hand; her presence is truly a soothing balm in a chaotic world. And then, of course, there are her little treats, whether it’s patties one day or chicken rolls the next, her bakery queen crown is firmly in place.

If you are one of the lucky few who are close to her, you will know she’s a foodie through and through (and an ice cream lover). Yes, she’s warm and nurturing, but don’t let that fool you; she’d nudge you aside without hesitation for the last bite of something delicious (probably chicken curry). Dominance, after all, knows no bounds.

@RedFMIndia has a lot of young mothers on board, and Nalini is one of them. I think becoming a mother has added an even more enchanting dimension to her persona. Her love for colour and dazzling patterns has now seamlessly blended into her life as a parent; her shopping escapades with her twins often veer toward the whimsical world of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and even Teletubbies, which is adorable, of course! And the best part? She proudly dons those playful ensembles to work, radiating a sweetness that only a mother’s love can bring.

Nalini’s journey in the system spans nearly seven years, and she has seamlessly embraced her role as a mentor, guiding her team with a calm yet determined hand. Never once has she let her responsibilities diminish her commitment to her work, and this is a trait in her that I truly appreciate. Instead, she approaches every task with the same hunger and drive she had on day one.

Nalini, you are a quiet storm, a powerhouse of grace, perseverance, and boundless love, and it is a pleasure having you here! Cheers to you, superwoman!
