यह स्कैम हर स्टेशन, हर ट्रेन में होता है, ज़्यादा ट्रेन में तो रेट कार्ड भी नहीं उपलब्ध होता है। बिल मांगे पर आपको आश्वासन मिलता है लेकिन बिल नहीं. आशा कर्ता हूँ इससे मामले में कुछ संज्ञान ले
